Miriam Love Spanish Language Latin Remix Contest for All In All In (Spanish Version) by Miriam Love Remix Contest ElectraCast Remix AgreementThis Agreement is made as of April 30, 2025, the “Agreement Date” set forth below between ElectraCast Media, LLC, (“Label”), and “Remixer” as listed below in Legal Name.Your Legal Name(Required) Also Known As (a/k/a) Use my A/K/A for publicity and credits Yes No, use my Legal Name instead Your Email Address(Required) Label hereby authorizes Remixer to provide their services as a producer of musical compositions to remix the master recording “All In (Spanish Version)” as performed by the artist project currently known as “All In (Spanish Version) by Miriam Love” (herein “the Remix”). If Remix is selected for commercial use, the Label will reward Remixer with contest prizes listed on LabelRadar.com for all work done in connection herewith. April 30, 2025Remixer acknowledges that the work preformed hereunder is under the “work for hire” rule and the copyright in the master recording of the Remix is the property and ownership of the Label, further the Remix does not constitute a derivative work under copyright laws and the Remixer shall not be entitled to any writer’s credit on the Remix. The Remixer will be entitled to receive credit as “Remixed by” the Legal Name listed above or, if selected, the Also Known As name listed above.Label shall have the right to exploit the Remix and all production in connection with Remix in any and all media throughout the world in perpetuity without any additional compensation to Remixer, unless exploited commercially. Remixer waives all claims and rights to the Remix. Label shall promote and market Remixer’s name and likeness at its own discretion. Such credit shall read substantially: “Remixed by” the Legal Name listed above or, if selected, the Also Known As name listed above. Any inadvertent failure to provide such credit shall not be deemed a breach hereof.Remixer agrees to the following: You may submit up to two remixes. Please create radio edits and instrumental mixes for additional use. Every recording must contain your legal name in the file name. We will only accept remixes submitted through LabelRadar. Post on your social media accounts, inviting your fans to vote on the LabelRadar app – include our hashtags #ElectraCastRecords and #ElectraCastRemixContest. Make sure to tag: @electracastmedia We will automatically disqualify anyone who leaks the files shared only by ECR through LabelRadar. Remixers are not allowed to publish their entries on any streaming platform such as Spotify, Soundcloud, YouTube, etc. Remixes that include unauthorized/copyrighted material will result in disqualification. Remixer shall indemnify Label from any lawsuit resulting from Remixer’s actions or use of unauthorized samples. Such indemnity shall include the payment of reasonable legal fees and costs associated defending such suit. The laws of the State of California shall apply.
