Host / ProducerDC was born in Parma, Ohio, and, thanks to his mother, began his love of music early in life. Growing up near Joliet, Illinois, his high school years found him falling in love with hair metal music. Always being fascinated by radio, his dream was to become a radio personality. He worked at many clubs in the Chicago suburbs becoming a great dance mixer and still produces his DCtheDJ Mixcast mixes even after all these years. But his love was always for the hair metal, and more recently, the newer “melodic rock” that is coming from bands in Italy, Sweden, Australia, Germany and the UK. He put together his radio show, Back To The Arena back in 2018 and has produced a new episode every week to share his love of this genre of music. That show is still in production and heard on dozens of stations all over the world, but has also spun off into this podcast: Back To The Arena… The Interviews.
