Amy Quesenberry is on a mission to create a more compassionate world. She is the creator of the Start with Compassion® framework, best-selling author, motivational speaker, performance coach, co-host of the Infuse Compassion Podcast, co-creator of the Infuse Compassion into Companies Conference (ICIC).
After 20 years in corporate HR and with a master’s in organizational leadership, Amy hit burnout and used that experience to develop her transformative Start with Compassion® framework. This approach—beginning with self-compassion and extending to others—has helped countless people reframe how they show up, fostering connection, reflection, and well-being. Known for her raw authenticity and passion, Amy has led in the STEM field for over two decades and shared her framework at conferences, workshops, and podcasts worldwide.
Mark Carpenter is a keynote speaker, trainer, best-selling author, and award-winning storyteller who helps leaders show up as real people—authentic, empathetic, and effective. With nearly 40 years of business experience, he brings a grounded, practical view to everything he teaches. Mark believes leadership isn’t about having all the answers, but about connecting, listening, and leading with purpose.
